The Revere Family shot a Balboa Park just before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Brian is a old friend of mine from when we work together at Cottonwood Golf Club. It was great to meet his wife and son. They make great parents for this little rough and tumble guy. I enjoyed his car collection carried by mom in her bag ready for play time anytime.

VICTORIA – Alex Adams wasn’t a golf club swinging prodigy at three. In fact he’d never picked up a club before entering the Chick Evans Caddie Scholarship Program at the Victoria Golf Club. Started by an amateur golfer in the 1930′s, scholastically gifted kids are invited to join and learn the ins and outs of the caddie tradition. They get paid and also have a shot at a 000 dollar scholarship to be used for post secondary education. This year Oak Bay High student Alex Adams won, and he will be using the money to begin and engineering degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder. A straight “A” average, caddying 80 or more rounds of golf over three years, and passing a grueling American College entrance exam were all part of the criteria. Since its inception, the Chick Evans Caddie Scholarship has helped more than nine-thousand deserving applicants get a better education, with a graduation rate of over ninety percent.

@DCUPtoejuice The ultralite x91 is my favourite bag….the nylon is great and it’s not like you hug it while you walk the course, unless you’re some kind of dunderhead!

only thing I worry about, since I haven’t touched it, is the feel of the stadry nylon. If it feels too waxy, that wouldn’t be good while sweating on course.

I really like the waterproof stadry looking online. It is in the lightest category ~4lb and appears to have large storage. Umbrella holder -check. Ring for towel – check. Black is nice for looking clean and not clashing, but hot in the sun. I wish it was all white.

The top of the new Titlist golf bags is graphite friendly and will out last the normal tops. It is a great design

great review but i was just wondering, would the plastic top on the cart bag damage the graphite shafts on my woods
